You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. vv62 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In cases of confirmed fraud, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 3 times (3x rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by a human dealer on a physical table or wheel. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a live dealer round before a result is determined will result in the round being voided and all wagers refunded. Completed rounds with confirmed results are not subject to reversal.
In the event of a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game configuration, the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. vv62 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's decision to continue playing during a period of known technical difficulty.
